When placing a phone order please have our catalog handy so we can ask you for your Account Number and Keycode.

Calendars make wonderful gifts! Each day of the year your gift recipient will appreciate your thoughtful selection of a calendar that reflects his or her interests. We recommend letting the recipient know there is a something coming in the mail as people are sometimes wary of an unsolicited package arriving. We are happy to include a brief personal greeting from you to the recipient on the packing slip.


Shipping and processing charges are incurred at the published rate for each shipment location ordered. If you choose to split a shipment for any reason separate shipping and processing charges will apply. We ship most instock orders within two business days.

If ordering by mail, be sure to read the order form carefully, and fill it out completely. If you have any questions, please call us at 800-321- 9327. Please note: Since we sell dated calendars, we often run out of stock approaching the Thanksgiving holiday. Please consider calling or ordering on our website,, after Thanksgiving to ensure what you want is available.

BACKORDERED ITEMS If an item(s) is backordered, and we expect it within a reasonable time, we will hold the order for up to 30 days and ship it complete if possible. If we have not been able to re-stock in that time period we will ship what is available and cancel the backordered item(s). We strive to keep our non-calendar inventory in stock at all times.

PRIVACY Your privacy is very important to us. We ask for your phone number and email address so we can contact you if there is a question about your order. Your phone number will only be used to contact you with a question regarding your order. Your email address will only be used with our catalog mailing partners, to send you order & shipping information and to send important Sormani updates.

DUPLICATE CATALOGS Duplicate catalogs are wasteful for you, Sormani Calendars and our environment. So please call us at 800-321-9327 if you receive more than one catalog from us. Be sure to have the catalog(s) with you so that we can get the account number printed on each catalog to insure we eliminate the duplicate(s).

RETURNS If you are not delighted with your purchase, please return it to us for a full merchandise refund noting our reasonable policies as follow: Item(s) should be returned in a sturdy carton with sufficient protection around the product to prevent movement and damage. Include a copy of your invoice/packing slip, and the reason for the return. Calendars that are returned damaged or unsaleable cannot be refunded and will not be returned. Sormani Calendars only accepts returns postmarked to us within 30 days of the delivery confirmation date of the original shipment.
